I work midnights and just can't fall asleep if the room I'm in isn't dark. I've bought so many sleep mask but none of them were quite right. Either the material didn't block out the light or they didn't fit close enough and stay in place well enough to keep the light out. Until now, I'm thankful to say. The Sweet Dreams Sleep Mask fits perfectly without being confining. It's comfortable, light weight and cool and it's even contoured so that you can open your eyes unabstructed which allows for better REM sleep I'm told. I love it and I'd recommend it to anyone.Customer Review: not too impressed

With my job I usually don't wake up until 11am so a sleeping mask has become critical for me to get a good nights sleep. Anyways, until now I have always used the freebie masks you get when you fly international. I have to say some of the freebie ones I have had were better than this one. The strap is nice and easy to adjust with the velcro elastic strap, but it goes right over your ear which can be quite uncomfortable. Some light is visible from the nose part as well. The good things are the material that is used it really soft and it conforms to the face well.Customer Review: Great

This was a LIFESAVER. I'm almost done with my freshman year at college, and my roommate always had the t.v. on, the light on, music on, so this little package REALLY came in handy! When I wanted to do homework or study, I was about to put the earplugs in and concentrate. When I wanted to go to bed, the sleep mask really helped because it kept the light out and I was fast asleep in no time. So, if you have a loud roommate, or you simply just want to sleep better or have a little peace and quiet, I suggest buying this! The mask is comfortable and true to the product description your eyes don't feel a thing. It also has a velcro in the back of the strap which must be so that it can separate without choking you, because the velcro is too small for size adjustments.
My major quibble with the mask is that it leaks in a lot of light around the nose area because of the contours. There is undoubtedly someone out there that this mask would fit and it would be a fantastic product for that single person. Unfortunately, that person is not me, nor is it my girlfriend.

I'm one of those third shift people and have always battled with the morning sun. I've tried using heavy curtains and placing a shirt or pillow over my eyes but I have had limited success. When I came across this item I was a little skeptical but I'm really glad I gave it try. My sleep has improved dramatically because of this simple mask. It fits my face perfectly. It doesn't move around and I can barely tell that I have it on. I've recommended it to other day-sleepers that I work with and to anyone else who might have problems sleeping because of sun light.
