it is very comfortable and blocks out about 90% of light, the only flaw is that light gets in at the nose bridge. It's a little distracting but far better then nothing. the carrying case is nice and it was nice of them to throw in the ear plugs.Customer Review: Dream essentials is the worst

Sweet Dreams contour sleeping mask, was Ok, but the company. The promised date of delivery, the charge for that delivery, and customer service was the worst I have ever seen. I like the sleep mask because it helps me sleep better but it won't stay on my head the whole time while i sleep. They need to make the band a little bit tighter so that it can snuggle around the head better. Otherwise it is a pretty good productCustomer Review: Happy with mask.

I bought this product because I suffer from migraines and light and noise makes my head hurt worse. This sleep mask is amazing. It fits the contours of my face and it also came with ear plugs. I would recommend it to anyone that has headaches.
