We used to use All Free and Clear as a non-allergenic detergent for baby's clothes. We figured there was no need to spend the money on Dreft as long as we used something without perfumes and dyes. Our baby still got pretty bad eczema, though, and we decided to give Dreft a try. It really works; the eczema didn't disappear completely, but he's much better. Worth the cost, for sure.
