Mom is 86 and was having trouble sitting up in bed; the PT recommended we check out a Drive Medical bed assist handle. It came exactly when I expected it, in a small box with a very large box encompassing that. It was easy to put together, and sturdy when positioned. Mom is very happy that she has it; she flails around much less, now. See, when parents get old enough, they become easy to shop for again -- this was her Christmas present!

The Drive Medical Home Bed Assist Handle is designed to give you assistance for getting in and out of your home bed. The rails height can be adjusted from 13.5" to 16.5" tool free for your comfort. The rail simply sides under the mattress and is held in place by " no slip foam" on the base bar. The rail can be used on either side of the bed. The handle is covered in foam for added comfort. All steel construction is solid and easy to clean. Comes in 3 tool free easy to assemble pieces. Handle can be removed for easy storage.Safety & Assisting Rails
