Customer Reviews of Duracell Procell AA Batteries, 24-CountCustomer Review: Procell vs Coppertop Summary: 5 Stars
I've noticed several reviews stating that the Procell is inferior to the Coppertop. Didn't seem to make sense. I went to the Duracell website and pulled the spec sheets for the PC1500 and the MN1500 which are the Procell and Coppertop versions and found that the specifications and all performance charts (six of them) are...
(Wait for it)
IDENTICAL!
I love that line in My Cousin Vinny.
You can find the Duracell spec sheets here and draw your own conclusions:

So I choose to save money. If I find in practice that they are inferior, I will update this review and trash talk the Procell.
Customer Review: You don't actually get 24 batteries! Summary: 1 Stars
Ordered these batteries because I go through a ton of them and thought it'd be best to start buying in some bulk. Much to my surprise after opening the box, there were only 20 batteries in there!! The interior box was all smashed up and there were 5 boxes of 4 batteries, and I'm no mathematician, but last I checked 5 X 4=20. It wasn't worth sending back everything and waiting another week and a half over 4 batteries, so I'll just be bitter about it and never order batteries from this place again. So beware if you're thinking you're getting 24 batteries, because you won't!
Customer Review: best value for alkaline batteries Summary: 5 Stars
I've tried lots of options for alkaline batteries. Everything from cheapo no-names to the familiar name brands, and these pro-cells are the best bang for my buck I can find. They seem to last (in my experience) as long as the retail-packaged Duracell batteries with a significant savings. There are cheaper batteries around, but if you have to replace them more often, you aren't saving any money.
I also much prefer the space-efficient cardboard packaging these have. None of the obnoxious plastic clamshell that wastes drawer space and is frustrating to get into.
Customer Review: Great packaging Summary: 5 Stars
The packaging for these batteries is so convenient! Not only do you have an outside box that opens easily and is reclosable, but the batteries inside are also packaged in little cardboard boxes of 4 batteries each. If I'm going somewhere and want some extra batteries for the flashlight or camera flash, I just take out a few 4-packs and drop them in one of the pockets of my bag. I no longer have to worry about counting out batteries into a ziplog bag, or else getting them lost at the bottom of a bigger bag.
Customer Review: Good batteries at a great price Summary: 5 Stars
I've been using Duracell Procells (sizes AAA, AA, C, and 9V) in pretty much every small, battery powered device I own for about a year now. In that time, I've noticed absolutely no difference between them and standard Duracell Coppertops or Energizers. Wii controllers, LED flashlights, Maglights, wireless mice, digital cameras, etc... there's been no change in the battery life of any of them. In my opinion, they're just as good in every way and an absolute steal for the price.
