I have to agree with the other consumer - there is no information showing what milligrams is in the tablespoon as the recommended serving size. It could be as much as 5000 mg. or as little as 50 mg. and those facts are important in determining how much to take. As with most natural products, consumers want to take control of their health and providing important facts such as this are invaluable. So - although the product might very well be a good one I won't know because the manufacturer failed to disclose which leads me to believe that there is very little, like almost none of the Black Elderberry Extract in this bottle. My feeling is - if you're not going to tell me, you're going to force me to make a prediction and it won't be in your favor I can assure you. Same with other types of supplments you don't just buy a bottle of Vitamin E that does not tell you how many IU it has - or Vitamin C - it's a no brainer.
