Awesome product... Now my ears are cleaned almost after 15 yrs.

Fill the syringe with warm water, place it firmly into ur ear and flush it(the more speed, the more ur ears clear and NO, it wont hurt ur ears) 3-4 times.

If ur wax is too hard use any ear drops which softens it and then use syringe.

And no, I dint take anyone's help. I did it myself. U shud hold the syringe in correct position.
