What a great product! My laundry is clean and it has a beautiful scent that lasts. I had a little trouble getting used to the small amount of detergent that you use - I worried that such a small amount would not get my clothes clean - but it does!

So it seemed like this was a win-win product. But I have to say I wont be buying it again, or recommending it either. The smell is nice, and its a good value per load. But I was not impressed with how well it cleans- my whites started to change color, and I noticed that my gym gear still stunk after a wash, so I had to wash them again. I wanted to get rid of it so I even offered it to my house mates, who tried it, then went back to their regular brands.Customer Review: Great Deal

I was previously using another bio degradable soap but costco decided to cancel it and make their own brand. I love the scent of this soap, and it seems to do a great job cleaning. It is a little more than your average laundry soap, but I think it's worth every cent. I do however wish the spout was a little different, it does pour our smoothly as other detergents. I first found this product @ Costco in FL and loved it. The cleaning performance, fragrance, environmentally friendly, and it does not take a lot of product to get desired result. I moved to AR (the home of Walmart) and needless to say no Costco. One health food store in my area carries the product, but not regularly. I was very happy to purchase the product online and very happy with home delivery.Customer Review: Not great for high efficiency washing machine

While the Ecos detergent smelled amazing - the magnolia/lily scent was light and refreshing - it didn't clean my clothes. I have a small high efficiency washer that doesn't fill entirely with water and opens on the front.
Had to switch back to Tide High Efficiency Cold Water to get my clothes clean - the hunt continues for a good and effective eco-friendly detergent for HE washers.
