This product, used with the Earth Mama Angel Baby Stretch Mark Oil helped my wife throughout the pregnancy with skin itchiness and helped prevent stretch marks from appearing. Please keep in mind that is LARGELY depends on genes and your family history on whether or not you will develop stretch marks, but this definately helped my wife. I did alot of research and found this to smell great and work good. It is safer to use than many of the other over the counter items. She used to put this on in the morning and when she got home from work and then put the oil on right before bed. It helped with her itchy skin and left her skin feeling smooth and very nice to the touch. Men, do your wife a favor and surprise her with this stuff here, especially if she hates the smell of the cocoa butter. I started using this 2 months ago in my second trimester because I love the all natural ingredients. At first the smell bugged me, just a tad to much of the citrus or orangey scent, but it has grown on me and now I love it. This belly butter goes on better than those oily kinds, it rubs in well, and if you just let it air dry for 20 seconds (before putting clothes on) it doesn't feel sticky at all. I would definitely recommend this to my girlfriends. It keeps my skin moisturized, but as far as helping with the stretch marks, that remains to be seen!
Update May 2010: Wanted to add that I never did get any stretch marks, maybe its genetic, maybe its the lotion.

I discovered Earth Mama Angel Baby when I became pregnant and now use a bunch of their products for me and my (now 4 month-old) baby. I can't rave enough about this lotion. It is light, but deceptively moisturizing. I am surprised that other people disliked the smell of the lotion so much. I have a sensitive nose, and I really love the smell of this product. Most importantly, I can happily report that I have NO stretch marks after my pregnancy. Highly recommended!Customer Review: just ok

I bought this product because I use the baby bottom balm and absolutely love it! It works great on diaper rash. I like the natural ingredients Earth Mama uses. However, this lotion is not really what I expected. It's not as rich and creamy as I hoped. And I'm not thrilled with the way it smells. I read the other reviews and thought they were being too picky. But, it really does smell like cheap, old lady lotion.Customer Review: Great Lotion

I purchased this lotion for my baby because I didn't want anything with harsh chemicals in it. Well I definately received what I was looking for. I love this lotion. It smells like an orangsicle and is not greasy or too heavy. I would definately recommend this product and am so happy there are actually people out there that care enough about our children to make a safe product for them.
