Most first aid kits are over-priced; they are simply meager collections of cheap items in a nondescript pouch that one could put together at half the price. This one is different. The bandaging, ointments, and tools (scissors, tweezers, etc) are good quality items. But what I found best of all is that the inside pockets are labeled for easy identification when you're already stressed out. I added a single pack of bleed-stopper that fit nicely inside to make it better for motorcycle use. Highly recommended for backpacking (it's lightweight) or vehicle.
