I am really impressed with the Ecover Tablets. I haven't used dishwasher tabs before but I like how easy they are to use. It isn't messy and I always know how many dishwasher loads of cleaner I have left. The best thing is that it really works. Everything is cleaned and I don't have any film or powder on my dishes and glasses. I also like buying a five pack (boxes) of the Ecover at a time so that I have plenty on hand and can easily tell when I need to reorder. And I will definitely order more of Ecover Dishwashing Tablets.Customer Review: I'm going to make myself like it!

I love that these dishwashing tablets are biodegradable and safer for the environment. But it DOES NOT work better than Cascade, which I've always used other than trying Electrosol one time. I am not going back to Cascade because there is a less harmful alternative, that works great (just not as great). I am just going to have to be more diligent about scraping the food bits off the plate. And no, I will not rinse each plate because it's water wasted. Although I will soak particulary gritty pans and plates.Customer Review: Love it!

We were skeptical at first---an earth-friendly dishwasher detergent? Our doubts vanquished with the first wash. We put it to the test with dried on cheese and eggs and glass glasses. Not only did it clean the dishes, it did it without scratching! The best part is that there is no mess. The premeasured tablets are easy for my husband to use, without sight. No more finger dipping to feel how much he put in the cup. No more white drips to clean up or pants spoiled by bleach! Clean and green!Customer Review: It Works! I'm Impressed.

Before these, I was using the Cascade with Dawn tablets. They worked so well, but I'm all for switching to natural products if they actually do the job. So, I switched to ecover based on the good reviews it has gotten here. I am pleased! It cleans just as well as the Cascade with the benefit of being all natural! The only slight inconvenience is the little plastic covering you have to remove before sticking it in the dishwasher. I had been using Cascade for years and have to admit that I love it. When I wanted to start using something more earth friendly, I tried Seventh Generation products. I didn't like the way Seventh Generation washed the dishes at all. Ecover works well. Definitely not as good as Cascade. I continue to use Ecover though because it is more important to have a clean world than shiny clean pans. I would recommend rinsing your pans well before putting them in the dishwasher.
