I have been using this product for over 10 years for everythng from a night cream to a lip balm to and um...well let's just say you can put it anywhere on your body and it pretty much heals anything.
Maybe its genetics but i am 34 and have no wrinkles. i have also put this stuff right on a pimple and it helped it heal.
I do not travel without it. It is the best healing and multipurpose balm i know of.

I am not sure if the product I received was fake or if the formula has changed, but within minutes of applying this to my hands and face, I broke out in a hot rash and my entire body became EXTREMELY itchy. This has never happened before when using EMC before so I have no idea what is going on. It is a shame because this stuff USED to be wonderful. I've washed my hands and face 3x already and I'm still itchy. Ugh!Customer Review: Magic cream - really!!!

My 2yr old son has a very dry skin and none of the other creams work well including Vaseline, Aquaphor etc. We used to apply moisturizer on his body 4-5 times a day, but the problem continued until we found out about this cream. This cream is a real savior in healing his dry skin problem. I would definitely recommend this cream to anyone who has dry skin or is dealing with a dry skin related problem.Customer Review: wonderful product

This stuff really works! Not pleased with the price however. But I went to Belize and was exposed to severe sand fleas, intense sun in June and since I am a scuba diver 5 hours or more a day of salt water immersion. This salve is the one product I am thankful I brought. Unfortunately I only took half the jar and left remains at home. But what a nice salve to come home to!! I read reviews about this product and most of them reassure you that the oils of the product will soak up in your skin even if you have typically oil skin like mine. It didn't really soak up even if I used a small amount, and it left me with some white-heads and caused me to break out. I wouldn't recommend it for the face if you have oily skin, BUT it did work pretty well on my hands/cuticles.
