Customer Reviews of Emergen-C Fizzy Drink Mix, Raspberry, 30-Count PacketsCustomer Review: Nectar of the Gods Summary: 5 Stars
I have three children in my home all under 6. Needless to say the kids have a knack for bringing home cold a flu bugs every few weeks. After taking Emergen-C I have not been sick at all. I also don't take the whole recommended dose either.
I take a packet once a day before bedtime and it seams to do the trick. I highly recommend this product and would also recommend mint tea ( as hot and strong as you can stand it) sweetened with a touch of honey.
Every year here in the Pacific Northwest and all across the snow belt cold a flu can really become a serious thing. Supplements that are truly absorbed by your body really make a big difference.
This product also seams to work even better than Airborne
Customer Review: great to travel with Summary: 4 Stars
I always find myself getting a little under the weather when traveling. Maybe it's the airplane air, maybe it's the lack of sleep. Take these along to help boost my immune system and keep me going. Honestly, I'm not sure if it's a placebo effect, but I certainly feel better after having one each morning.
This flavor is ok. I'm not really particular about the flavors, honestly. They all pretty much taste the same to me. Kind of like a citrus drink with a little bit of "bite" to it. Not bad, but not exactly sweet.
Customer Review: These Negative Reviews are Crazy! Summary: 5 Stars
I'm a runner and have been searching for the perfect drink mix to take along on my running outings. There's lots of choices available but this is the best you'll find that's always available at any local drug store. Do a Google search and you'll find MANY professional athletes that use and recommend this product. Most of the negative reviews on here address things NOT related to the product but instead things like, where it's manufactured, and issues regarding ordering.
Customer Review: I wish....it wasn't fizzy Summary: 3 Stars
I wish that Emergen-C used xylitol instead of aspartame. Tufts University PROVED xylitol REDUCES cavities and is safe for diabetics. It would also be good if they would lower the amount of sodium in the mixes. In regards to my personal taste, I really can't stand fizzy KoolAid types of drinks....and so I have to let this sit on the counter until the fizz is gone. Does Emergen-C make any non-fizzy packets???
Customer Review: Emergen-C Summary: 4 Stars
Raspberry is my favorite flavor. I hate the Orange/tangerine flavor. These are great if you work with the public & medical field so you don't get ill so often. I like to put a packet into a bottled water, shake it really well, wait a minute, and then drink it. Or you can get the bottles ready and refrigerate them so it taste better cold. Great way to get your vitamin C if you don't have an orange handy.
