This item is great, and it's tasty. Before or after a workout or a really long day it's a wonderful way to help replenish your body. A friend recommended it because I teach high school and I haven't gotten sick since taking a couple packets on days I'm feel the onset of a scratchy throat. I gave a handful of packets to another teacher who had lost her voice and she said that it was amazing how quickly everything cleared up for her! I love it. With the tangerine you can also mix it with orange juice so you don't get such a fizzy drink. One of the big chains started selling in the vitamin asile for less than what I used to get it here, so you may want to check before ordering if cash is an issue. Enjoy!
