I bought Emergen-C after my doctor recommended it. She described it as a fruity treat. All I can say is "Yuk." I don't want this treat! I'd much rather chew on my regular old Vitamin C pills than drink this vile swill. What's wrong with it? Oddly enough, it's mild tasting so as not to offend (I got the lemon lime) yet not strong enough to cover up whatever it is the flavor is trying to cover up. And it's fizzy on top of that. So, it's like weak lemonade which is not bad in itself, but with an underlying flavor that you really don't want to taste. Plus, the package says to drink 2 to 4 times daily at 25 calories a pop. I don't think so! I'm giving it two stars rather than one because I realize some people might like this type of "fruity treat" and I'm sure it gets the job done Vitamin C-wise, it's just not for me.
