I absolutely love this product! Unlike some other commenters, I think it is VERY easy to clean. Pop off the plastic protector top and either give it a good hard "blow", or use the little brush that comes with it.
I don't think the word "hurt" is appropriate. The only place I find painful is above the lips, but I put up with it because hand-tweezing is even more painful. The feeling is a little "Oh!" at first, but it happens so fast that you kind of get to the point where you say "Woo! another one - Gotcha!" It gets hairs I can't even see, including those really fine hairs on the cheek.
The first time I used it, I had LOTS of hair and wasn't used to the feeling, so take it slow and easy the first time or two until you get used to it. Now that I've used it for a couple of months it only "gets" a few hairs. I use it a few times a week just because I like that smooth as silk feeling. It does the job very quickly!
The first one I bought worked great until I went to change the batteries and I think I did something to the little springs in the battery department because it wouldn't work. I returned it and now have a new one and I am more careful when I change the batteries.
I have only used it on my face so can't speak for the legs. I would think it would take a long time on the legs because the head is very small. Don't yet understand how it works to pull those suckers out by the roots, but it does and that's all I care about!

I bought this tweezer last year at Walgreens for $20. I got it for hair on my chin and sideburns mainly, and it works fairly well. I recommend the hairs grow out a little (so they are suitable for even regular tweezers), and it will work well. I think the problem many people have when the tweezer doesnt work is that they don't follow the directions in the manual. You have to work the Tweeze in a circular motion. Even if you have a dark long hair, and it doesn't come out right away, if you continue this motion it WILL get it. I guess it takes some practice at first to use it right, too. I tried it on my upper lip, but it's not comfortable for me, so I use other methods to get rid of that hair. Don't use it on your eyebrows! I tried to remove some hair on my body/upper chest and it turned red and made bumps- So I don't recommend using it anywhere else on your body besides the lower part of your face. I'm sure you can give it a try and find out the results- trial and error- every product has different results since everyone's body is different! Overall this is a time-saver and not a bad price. You will get your moneys worth of this product!
Note about the pain: If you wax, it definitely is not painful. If you tweeze often, it won't hurt too much. Just imagine having hair tweezed out very quickly.. that's all it is! This product isn't meant to get rid of tons of hair (leg hair, beards, etc)- For that use a different product.

It works. Yes it hurts, but like others said, we don' really have any painless way of removing hair by the root. Shaving and depilatory creams don't remove from the root, and shaving causes stubble. The creams can cause burns and the chemicals are probable really bad for you. Speaking for myself, I can not even find all the little fine hairs on the upper lip with regular tweezers, not to mention I'd be in front of the mirror all day if I could. It is also simply not true that it doesn't work for the longer individual sparse hairs on the chin. I think it works best for those. It can be used without a mirror anywhere you want. The biggest piece of advice is that the pain goes away as the nerves get numb if you don't pull it off after each pluck because you wince in pain. I recommend just keeping it there to remove the hairs in that area and soon you will not feel it. This applies most for the upper lip. Bottom line- it is the best method I have found for ease of use, amount of hair removal, and length of time hair is gone. There is no stubble afterward and the only problem I ever have is redness, as I have sensitive skin.Customer Review: It does work!

I was skeptical about this product, after reading some of the negative reviews. But there were enough good reviews to make me want to try it anyway, given Amazon's good refund policy. The Tweeze works, although you do have to take your time. Some reviews told of facial skin irritation, or the product not plucking coarse hairs. I found out I had to lightly dab at my problem areas, with the Tweeze upright. If you rake it across your face like a razor, yes, you will get irritation.
This may seem like too much trouble for some of you, but for someone of advancing age, who has to look through bifocals, it was getting almost impossible to stand at a mirror with a tweezer and see the individual chin hairs well enough to get the tweezer in the right place. With the Tweeze, I just have to dab around the areas. I can feel when it plucks. I sometimes have to go back afterward to pull out a particularly stubborn hair, but that's easy, since it's the only one left standing.
For me, the Tweeze is great. I finally feel fuzz free.

I ordered this after seeing it advertised on the television a few times.
I thought well, it isn't that expensive and I am sick and tired of tweezing my stray little hairs and can't see without my glasses anymore.
You literally just hold this like a mini electric razor, and without cutting the hairs, it plucks them out at the speed of light. Well, not that fast but you could never tweeze as fast. You don't even need to look in the mirror, just go by feel and cover the area you want covered and feel with you finger to see if there is any that got missed.
In ten minutes I accomplished what 40 mins. of plucking would have not done as well.
This is really great and well worth the money.
I have used Epilady in the past for my legs, it works on the same principle, just different method of removal, but still plucking. It feels about the same, it probably isn't for wimps, but it isn't uncomfortable either. Well worth it.
