Customer Reviews of Energizer CHFMWB-4 Easy Charger W/4 AA Rechargable BatteriesCustomer Review: BOO! for those ridiculous extra cover plates Summary: 3 Stars
The whole idea behind using rechargeable batteries is to diminish ones "carbon footprint." So I wasn't happy to open my package and find 2 additional plastic cover plates so that I could coordinate my battery charger into my overall decorating scheme by choosing black, silver or white. GIVE ME A BREAK. So I've knocked off 2 stars for this senseless waste of plastic. If you're going to claim you're a "green" product, put a little more thought into things like this, Energizer.
Customer Review: its perfect Summary: 5 Stars
Bought this for a family member after purchasing them a digital camera. It's easy to use and travels well. They still use it with no problems. We also own the same charger for our Wii and it hasn't failed us yet. The 3 color option for the charger I found a bit odd. But now that I leave the charger plugged in all the time. I did try to match the charger color to the room! The charger has a green light when it's finshed charging and red light while it's charging
Customer Review: Won't charge an odd number of batteries Summary: 2 Stars
This charger only works with 2 or 4 batteries, and won't work with an odd number. Considering that the primary motivation of me getting it was so I could charge the batteries in my bike light, which takes 3, this is a substantial disappointment.
The package doesn't say anything about this restriction. Save your money and go with a more honest company.
Customer Review: Waste of money Summary: 1 Stars
I've had this for almost 6 month and i really regret buying this piece of junk,i cannot blame the charger it is doing its job but the batteries doesnt hold long enought charges and it runs out of juice pretty quickly, ive bought rechargable duracell batteries and it hold longer charges and it last longer, dont waste money on this just buy duracell stuff.
Customer Review: Didn't work Summary: 1 Stars
We bought this several years ago to have batteries for a digital camera. Simply put, the batteries didn't hold a charge very long, so my wife always had the thing drawing power in a wall socket. Even at that, we could only take a few pictures before they lost charge. I'm trying again with Duracell, but this one fails.
