Unlike the other reviewer, I had absolutely ZERO stomach or intestinal issues with this product. Perhaps if someone does, they are prone to those problems or have a sensitive stomach. I have NO negative side effects.
In fact, quite the opposite!!! It took a week or so, but once my body began to absorb these vitamins/minerals, I felt GREAT!
NOTE: I was also exercising! When I stopped exercising, my energy levels decreased, but they were not at horrible as they are without the vitamins.
I went without this product for 2 weeks and slowly began to feel AWFUL! Even with exercise, when I ran out of this product I felt more and more fatigued each day. Slept for 11 hours a night for 5 days in a row, and I was not ill, so that wasnt the reason.
I can't say enough about this product.
I am not hypo-thyroid yet, but my levels tend to be what some consider "sub-clinical". I also have early insulin resistance (according to my Dr.), but I am not on any meds. Trying to do diet and exercise, and this product HELPS!!!
You wont regret this purchase.
Stir a scoop into 6oz of water, take the capsule with it. Sure you may have to stir it a second time when you get to the bottom of the glass, but who cares?? Its not intolerable! Love this product, and you will feel the difference!!
