FEELING SATISFIED
I've only been taking this for two months but I quickly felt better taking this product. I've noticed that the days I forget to take my dose I will tend to eat more. My suspicion is my body is looking for the nutrients found in the powder, and will continue to feel hungry when it doesn't get what it needs. As a result I've lost a few pounds because I am not eating as much. I feel much more satisfied sooner.
TASTE
The taste took a little getting used to. Even though there is stevia in it, at first I had to add additional sweetener to mask some of the taste. Now I use about 2 oz. of apple juice along with 8 oz. of water to mix the drink, and that tastes just fine to me.
MIXING
I found the best results when I use an Immersion Hand Blender in a tall container. It produces a smooth drink with fun foam on top. This method produces the best suspension of the product in water with the least amount of unmixed bits on the bottom.
The second best method is to shake it up in a drink shaker cup like the Fit & Fresh Power Shaker. But this doesn't produce the foam. My least favorite method it to mix it with a spoon. That method tends to leave lumps and clumps of product that quickly settle to the bottom as sludge. Not good eats.
ENERGY
I haven't yet seen results in increased energy yet. I will return in a few months for an update

I started taking this after attending a fibromyalgia conference where Dr Teitelbaum spoke and decided to trust taking this stuff over other things because he doesn't take any proceeds from the sale of this product that he created. I was on 2 medications (1 for pain & 1 for inflammation), and after a month started feeling so much better. After about 3 months I was off the inflammation medication and after about a year I was off the pain medication. I now have to fibromyalgia symptoms!!!! I also took the Corvalen powder along with this all in one smoothie each day. The berry flavor is definitely the best and contrary to another review tastes great! I do quality yogurt, a little water, strawberries or blueberries and this powder and mix it well, add some ice cubes and it's delicious! I highly recommend this, be faithful with it, and you are guaranteed results!Customer Review: Disappointed in new formula

I agree with people who don't like the new formula. I had a terrible experience with it. It does taste awful as others have said, and after two weeks my throat and esophagus began to burn badly. I also began to feel very anxious on it.
More disturbing was that I began to have what felt like a very irregular hearbeat. When I would walk anywhere it felt like my heart was leaping around in my chest and I felt short of breath. I got so scared I went in for an EKG, which was normal.
It finally occurred to me that these feelings might be caused by the burning effects of the new formula so I stopped taking it and everything returned to normal.
I am so disappointed in this because I loved the old formula.

After much research, I found this product online. I noticed a difference with 48 hours after taking it the first time. I took the full dosage but have since cut back to about 1/2. I did not experience any gastro upset at all but did have so much energy I didn't know what to do with myself. I prefer the berry flavor. The product does have whey in it so be sure to stir it for a bit so it will dissolve. I like to mix a little apple or berry juice with it for flavor. I absolutely notice a difference if I don't take it. Love what it does for me!Customer Review: Fantastic product.. Really works!

This is the best product on the market in my book. Husband & I started using it and both have noticed a huge increase in energy. Plus with the added boost, together we have lost over 70 pounds!!! We are ordering our third shipment and continue to recommend this line of products to family and friends. Each of the powders taste great. The berry is best in Milk.. yummy!
