I've tried several powdered vitamins, they usually doesn't taste good.
This product taste good and even smells good too.
I've been taking it fairly regularly and I do seem to feel somewhat of an improvement in my overall health.
Most importantly it taste good. And it has several vitamins and minerals and amino acids included that other powdered vitamins don't have included. Best to double check the labels. But that is what I remember.

I have been using this product for about six months now and have noticed a difference in my energy level. Originally, the formula did not include the B complex in the mix itself, but was a separate pill. The only thing I can say bad is that now it tastes more "vitamin-y". It's best when mixed in a shake with fruit and juice or water and/or yogurt. I am going to order more.Customer Review: Used to taste great, not anymore!

I used to like this product but now they have included the b-complex into the powdered drink and it is horrible. It taste bad, has a yucky after taste that lingers and worse of all, it burns my throat. I found it much easier to take one capsule and have the drink then how it is now. I hope more people complain about this product so that it can go back to the way it used to be!Customer Review: Causes Stomach Upset

I wish there had been a sample so I wouldn't have been stuck with an entire container of this awful product. The taste is horrible, even when mixed with juice. It doesn't dissolve well, so it's very gritty. Worst of all, it caused severe stomach cramps and digestive upset. I gave up on it after two weeks, having seen none of the benefits but a LOT of negatives.Customer Review: Product is good

Received this product and started using it with just water. Didn't like the taste at all. But then started putting it into a morning smoothie and the taste is much better. Need to start out slow and gradually work up to one scoop as it made me very nauseous. Does give me energy and I certainly feel it if I don't get my morning smoothie.
