Wow. This product definitely relieved my bloating. And it's helping me lose weight...because I can't eat and haven't had a meal since I took it 3 days ago. Some people talk about "die off" of bad bacteria but this is way beyond that. I may end up going to the hospital after taking this. I am a healthy, active 30 year old, there is no reason that this should have made me so incredibly sick. I looked into it and some researchers are questioning the safety of some strains of bacteria included in this probiotic. I can see that some of the other reviewers didn't believe it was strong enough, but if it had been any stronger, I'd probably be in the hospital. I love complementary medicine and am a firm believer in it, but this really hurt my body. Only today am I able to drink fluids other than water and this afternoon I ate several crackers. I now feel very sick again. I have done nothing but sleep since I took this pill. It can be very dangerous for healthy people. Buyer beware!
