I bought this stress ball to exercise an injured finger. It is a bit too large for me to use for just one finger-- tend to use all fingers to hold it into place and thus defeating the purpose. The inner stuffing feels like beans or something and does not reform automatically very well so you end up using every-other motion to reform the ball. I think it could be better suited for the title as advertises "Stress ball" rather than hand exerciser- particularly if you're looking to use it to re-hab an injured finer. I also am not a fan of the material- feels artificial and not something I want to pick up.
