Bought for my mother-in-law, she can't reach the back of her head with a regular brush due to bad shoulders (previous torn rotator cuffs, arthritis). I tried it before I gave it to her, felt it would work great, but for some reason she still hasn't gotten the hang of using it, the back of her head always looks like she just got out of bed :(.
