Customer Review: Fabulous Iron While It Worked

I purchased this iron in 2004 and for the past four years it has been great, despite the fact that it fell from the top of my stackable washer/dryer combo once or twice. However, it is no longer working. The lights come on but it doesn't heat up. It's been a long time since the iron fell down, so I am not sure if there is some damage from that just now surfacing or if this is just what happens with these irons. I have read that other Shark models have similar problems where they just stop heating up after a while. Not sure if I will buy another Shark or switch to a Rowenta.
