I have this product in my shower area. It is separate from the vanity. The unit seems to be taking in the extra moisture. My towels are dry and the walls aren't wet. I am on my 4th week of having it in my bathroom and the beads are just now turning pink. I am glad I purchased this.Customer Review: Doesn't seem to work at all

I used one of these to keep a 4'x4' enclosed area free of moisture, and it doesn't appear to have had any effect on the moisture and humidity levels. The slip of paper that represents a manual doesn't seem very useful either. Unfortunately this was a waste of time and money.Customer Review: Works Great For Gunsafes

I use two of these in my large safe and one in my small safe. They work great. Humidity isn't all that high here so I only take them out and plug them in every couple of months but in a humid environment you may want to do it monthly or more if you leave the door open long.Customer Review: junk - broke during the first re-charge

Tried to re-charge the item and it wouldn't work. Even left it plugged in longer than the 14 hours it tells you in the instructions. Unfortunately it was past the amazon return policy and the mfg warranty states you have to register in 30 days...what a terrible policy.Customer Review: Eva-Dry E-500

This is a very nice unit. It is working very well as I write this. The recharge periods are as promised. The unit is a bit large, but it is not too large. I use it in my gun safe and it fits with no issues on a shelf. I would recommend this product to a friend.
