This item works very well! My son was colicky and it did seem to make a SMALL difference in his comfort--I noticed that his spit up and poop smelled less sour. (Those with colicky babies know that even a small difference is valuable!) BUT...The drops are supposed to be always refrigerated and shipped in a refrigerated package. These drops arrived in a cardboard box and there was no mention of when or even if they were ever stored properly! If you purchase these direct from BioGaia, they arrive quickly in a styrofoam box that contains cold packs. For the high price of these drops, it is not worth the risk that they might be no longer potent.
