I LOVE this medication! I get migraines and sinus headaches. My relief of choice for daytime migraine/sinus headaches is Excedrin for Migraines (even over prescription) - but it keeps me awake. I suffered at night for years because I couldn't find a pain reliever that would allow me to sleep - until I found Excedrin for Sinus Headache.
To my joy, I found that not only did Excedrin for Sinus Headache relieve or lessen the pain (depending on severity of headache) - but it helped me breathe! I have allergic rhinitis and have always had trouble breathing through my nose.
I only have one problem with Excedrin for Sinus Headache: for some reason that I cannot fathom, I find it almost impossible to find on store shelves in Columbus Ohio, and on the rare occasion that I do come across it, it's no longer in the pain reliever aisle, and it's never on sale. You can buy a sinus medication with the same ingredients, or similar, I recently found out, but you get a fraction of the quantity and pay 2 or 3 times as much money. It's so frustrating for the consumer... it seems like every time you find a product you really like, something is going to ruin it for you!
