So, let me just begin by saying that if you want to use this for hair growth, don't waste your time. I have been using this product for about 4 months now and I haven't noticed any hair growth that was faster than usual. I was disappointed with this product but not completely. I will say that unlike some of the other reviews where people said the product dried out their hair it did the complete opposite for me. In fact, my hair felt so silky smooth after I used it. I also think the over all health of my hair improved a little, but there wasn't a huge difference. So it is great for washing your hair but I could spend 5 dollars on a cheaper product and see the same result.
In conclusion, the product didn't really work for me. So I guess I will keep doing cardio and taking biotin for somewhat faster hair growth.

I bought this shampoo and conditioner for my girlfriend. She was wanting to grow her hair out to cut all the dead ends off. She was very skeptical at first but she decided to take the risk. We measure on day one of using the shampoo and conditioner(which was 15inch) a month later we measured again(15.5) and two months later(16.5-17inches). At first she used the shampoo AND conditioner every single day for the first month and then during the second month used it every other day. She complained at first that the first month she noticed that her scalp would be dry and itchy but the second month it wasn't a problem. Although she said it was well worth it! My hair was permed for the first time, they left the chemicals on for 2 hours!!! i never had a perm before so i didnt know this was bad!! and about 1 to 1 1/2 inches feel off when i washed it and the rest kept breaking off. i had to get all my hair cut off until i have about 5 inches of hair left. i started with about 20 so i was hurt! i needed hair again! i used this product and with in a month it grew 1 inch, ive bought it 4 times now and i will never go with out it!! it made my dry brittle hair, soft again plus it smells so good :) i will use this product even when i get all my long hair back because its a decent price and everything is true about it!Customer Review: Not what I was hoping for

I got this product hoping that it would indeed make my hair grow faster. I have been using it for a little over a month and haven't noticed a significant increase in length that I would give F.A.S.T. any credit for. On the other hand, I will continue to buy this product because even though it hasn't made my hair grow faster, I do love the way it makes my hair feel. It feels so light and soft which is wonderful considering my hair is so heavy and thick and just very abused from everything I have put it through. I haven't found any shampoos or conditioners that have really made my hair feel and look...so healthy. Defiantly is one of my favorites now.Customer Review: Works for growth not for conditioning

I caucasian and bought this product for both my own hair and my 5 year old daughter who gave herself a haircut. I've only used this a few times on my daughter and her hair is finally growing back. It was almost like her growth was stunted and this woke it up and told it to start growing, seriously! She is thrilled and I'm excited that my own hair has grown quite a bit in the past month as well. I just placed my third order for this product. I have color treated hair and it doesn't do a great job at conditioning my hair so I reccomend a deep conditioning treatment in addition to this product like once or twice a week.
