The steamer was difficult to tighten, so it was very wobbly when moved. The canister was hard to seat in the holder and water leaked onto the floor when using the steamer. I had to raise the bed during a facial for the steam to target my client's face. The mag light never worked and it was set aside until I had time to call the company to return it. It was at this point, I noticed it was already starting to rust. I called the company the second week after the purchase and they refused to pay the return shipping. I don't usually take the time to review products, but I felt I should warn others!!!
