Customer Review: sed it three times and now it doesn't read correctly

It's made out to be one of the best thermometers for ovulation but I found that it just didn't work very well, at all.
The reading took forever, it never beeped, and my temperature was at 92f? Umm yeah that's not even close... I do know very well, how to take my temperature, So I'm not sure what the problem was.
My Husband tried it too but it was also reading his temp at 92f...
Just use a calendar and get knocked up, it's easier and more effective.

I was impressed with how fast the thermometer got to me! That was exciting! I also really lke the size of the thermometer. It is not huge and it has a nice case to protect it. I think that it has been pretty accurate for me so far, but I have only had it for a month. THe other thing I really like abouit it is that it stires temperatures so it I forget what my temperature was that morning all I have to do is look at the thermometer and it will tell me!Customer Review: My first Basal Thermometer

This is my first BBT Thermometer, as I recently started fertility charting. It's OK I guess, but there is no light, which is really annoying, it takes FOREVER (at least 3 minutes usually), and this morning it beeped about 2 minutes earlier than usual and gave me an extremely low temperature, which I had to discard. I don't know how this compares to others because I haven't used any others, but I'm going to shop around for one with a light.Customer Review: Doesn't Work Well

I returned this product because it is poorly made and does not work well. I followed the given directions, and was still given temp readings of 89.90 or 89.40, and the display was very dim. Also, the thermometer kept on telling me that my temp was Low after one min (and that is when it would stop reading). Maybe my thermometer itself was defective, but I purchased another on at the drug store which works great.Customer Review: Worst thermometer EVER!

Serious inadequacies in order of importance:
1. No backlight! WTF?! How can someone read this thing first in the morning without turning on a light?
2. IMPOSSIBLE to push on/off button.
3. Read out to hundredths (97.88) when it should be tenths (98.9) accd to TCOYF.
4. Very slow.
Really useless. I scavenged the battery and threw the rest away. Buy something with a backlight.
