I love the Chi and I use it almost everyday. I originally had the 1/2" original but after 2 1/2 years of heavy use, it quit working, so when I replaced it I thought I would give this one a chance. Well, honestly, it's not that much different than my old one....not much faster, etc... but it works wonderfully and achieves the look I desire. The Chi, overall, is not a cheap product, but for my tough to do hair it is well worth the investment. I don't think I will ever purchase anything other than a Chi again.Customer Review: Good Hair Day

CHI Turbo Ionic Ceramic Flat Iron 2"
I love this flat iron. I have owned several in the past, both inexpensive and high end appliances, and this one is the best. It is comfortable to use and it leaves my hair lustrous and shiny. It doesn't seem to do as much damage to the hair as others I have used. For someone who has struggled and suffered with curly hair all my life, this is a dream come true.

I, like all these other people, have been using the $25 flat irons and felt like my hair was starting to get dry and burned. So, I finally decided to try the Chi that everyone was talking about. Wow! What a difference! It literally glides through my hair, making it straight, shiny and healthy feeling. I've gotten so many compliments. Truly, it's a fabulous product and well worth the money (because I'm worth it!!) I have had this iron for two weeks shy of a year. The iron stopped working. I thought, "Great! Finally something actually breaks down two weeks BEFORE the warranty runs out instead of two weeks after!" After contacting Farouk, I learned that the warranty is VOID if the product is purchased over the internet. This was in no way, shape, or form disclosed to me when I purchased my iron. DO NOT BUY!! WAY too much money to drop on a flat iron that doesn't even have a valid warranty!Customer Review: Love this straightner!

I have long, wavy/curly hair, and have tried cheap straighteners and blow drying my hair straight before, but never with satisfactory results. My hair would just end up poofy and crimpy. I love my 2" Chi Turbo though, it heats super fast, and does a phenomenal job. My hair looks silky, and shiny, and pin-straight. My only concern is sometimes I have to restart my wall-jack because it won't light up/turn on. It always ends up working though. Would def. recommend this product.
