I am one of the few african american women that doesn't use relaxers to straighten my hair. I also don't have "good" hair. My hair is long, thick and coarse. When I wash my hair, blow drying only got my hair dry enough to put in a pony tail, then I would wait until the next day for my hair to be completely dry before I would use the flat iron, or hot comb to straighten it. This hair dryer actualy got my hair dry enough to flat iron in the same day!! The comb on the end of the dryer didn't get tangled in my hair and pull out!! It also didn't take as long to straighten my hair because it was almost straight with the hair dryer! This was the best investment I have ever made for a hair care product!Customer Review: Hair dryer

I have very long, fine hair and I've gone through a lot of dryers. Although the opening is small, this dries my hair, even right out of the shower, in less than half the time of the old dryers (most Conair or Revlon). My hair also has less static and the dryer is substantially quieter than even a previous "extra quiet" model. I don't find it heavy at all, although I'm a gym rat so maybe that's a factor.Customer Review: Great hair dryer!!
