This has no back flow valve on it! This is a major issue if you ever used enemas. The Fleet Adult disposable Enema has it...I decided to reuse the fleet adult enema...it is actually more sanitary to reuse than this one. Even though it's says it's disposable. This one I was also getting cramps when using...I think it sucks back into the bottle too strong...yes very gross! The Fleet disposable enema does not do that...Only 1 way action.
