After all the positive reviews, I expected this to help with the hard water problems. I live in an area with VERY hard water and cannot afford a softener right now. This actually made it worse. My plastic wine glasses now look clean. the inside of my dishwasher now sparkles. I could not believe what this product could do. If your dishes, plastic wear, glasses look dull ,just sprinkle a little of this in the bottom of your dish washer aand see the difference. I have very hard water which leaves a white film and spots on my glasses. This added to the wash makes them sparkle again! I can buy it at only one local grocery store, so I'm glad to see it's available online.
