I had been looking to buy a good foot spa for sometime now but was very skeptical about spending a 'lot' of money. After reading the reviews on this one, I decided to go ahead and get this.
I have had it for 2 weeks now and have used it ever single day!! It is everything <and more>, what I had envisoned it would be. Heats the water up very well and gives your foot the much needed pampering after a long tiring day!
I highly recommend this product!!!

I pre-ordered this foot massage spa to relieve niggling pain in my feet. Though the product operated exactly as per the manual, it was rather tame. It didn't really help reduce the pain, rather it merely tried to soothe the feet. Your feet will feel good so long as they are in the spa, but the spa does nothing to reduce the pain. I didn't think its worth spending so much money to just put my feet in hot water (& that too without salts). I've returned the product.Customer Review: Great - if it works

I bought this for my husband for his birthday and it lasted exactly 31 days. After that the power button quit working and the drain plug broke. I sent it back to Brookstone, as it was outside of the 30 day store return and they promptly lost it. and are now saying I'm out of luck even though I have an RMA number, a tracking number from the shipper and the original order number from Brookstone.
I won't ever buy anything from Brookstone again.

This puppy just plain works, and is worth the price. The heat gets to be just a tad too hot if you leave it on--meaning you have real temperature control for once! We haven't had ours long, but out of the box it worked as promised. It's also much quieter than we expected, even with the jets on full blast. Try the Earth Therapuetics Tea Tree Oil foot soak (salts) and Foot Balm; they worked impressively well on my poor wife's feet--and my hands!Customer Review: WORKS WELL

I NEEDED SOMETHING TO SOOTHE MY PLANTAR FASCIITIS. I WANTED THE WATER TO STAY HOT AND PERHAPS MASSAGE THE TENDONS & LIGAMENTS BETWEEN THE BALL AND THE HEEL OF MY FOOT. THE WATER STAYS HOT AND THE JETS ARE SOOTHING BUT THE ROLLERS (MASSAGE NODES) SIT TOO LOW. I WOULD NEED ESPECIALLY FLAT FEET TO BENEFIT FROM THE ROLLERS. IF THE ROLLERS WERE HIGHER I WOULD RATE THE UNIT AS 5 STARS. I THINK MOST PEOPLE WILL BE PLEASED WITH THIS UNIT.
