As I live in Brazil and wanted to send a nice Thanksgiving gift to a good friend in Boston I chose the "Connoisseur" basket. It is not the first time I use Amazon, which I trust very much, and it did not fail this time.
However, when my friend received her present she called to thank me saying that the external aspect of box was lovely, but as she told me, kind of reluctantly, some of the items ( dark chocolate coins was one item i remember) were so small that looked like free samples. As I insisted, she added that most of the items althought delicious and a good selection also looked like samples. Of course when purchasing I could only rely on the picture I saw on my computer screen, a lovely and elegant basket, where products seem to have a "normal" or at least regular sizes.
Another thing that could be improved is the tracking of this particular product. Different from other items I have purchased which could be checked through computer until they had reached final destiny, this time I only had a rough idea of the date it would arrive, and as it was supposed to be a surprise, I had to wait until I was told it was sent to the right address
