I have been wearing eyeliner since the sixties. This is the absolute best! Easy to apply and then stays put. Doesn't bleed, smear or take 10 minutes to dry. You can just slap it on and go. Hope they never stop making it. Probably should order in a couple dozen just in case.Customer Review: The Best
