Customer Reviews of Freederm HC - Eczema - Dermatitis - Skin Rash creamCustomer Review: Great product, TERRIBLE company Summary: 3 StarsMy children and I have severed heat induced rashes on the neck and upper body. This cream works wonders on our skin. Two applications and it is cleared. We only have to use it sparingly in the summer.
The companies shipping policy is terrible in my opinion. I purchased 2 of a special package deal (2 creams, 1 moisturizer, 1 bar of soap for $49.95). They charged me $9.95 shipping and handling on each package. That was almost $20 shipping and handling. Both packages came together in a $1 envelope with a $4.95 postage sticker (USPS). A rip off in my opinion.
At least I have plenty of the product now so I won't have to shop with them again, EVER.
Customer Review: Betetr save your money & buy cheap eczema creams over the counter Summary: 1 StarsI got very small spot on my face, and I tried very cheap eczema cream Cortaid with 1.0% of hydrocortisone. It didnt help much, though it became significantly small, less red & no itch at all, Id say "almost gone",
so after I decided to buy this one , more expensive brand Freederm HC with same amount of hydrocorisone 1.0% . It didnt make ANY CHANGES..Im using it every day, evry time I wash my face, since 3 months, that small spot is still there
Do not waste your money, it works exactly as any another cheap brand. In my case it didnt work better than Cortaid that I had
I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT
Customer Review: worked partially Summary: 3 Stars I've used Freederm to treat my excema for ab out a year (having ex. for 4 years) freederm hc lessened the severity but never completely cured it (it was still there). Then I came upon a product I mixed with the freederm and in 1 week - my excema is completly gone! If you are interested go to pearlcium.com/adirondacksuzy
Customer Review: FreeDermHC review Summary: 1 StarsCortizone10 cream works better for general skin rashes IMO. Product is hyped far more than it perfromed for me.
Customer Review: Limited Success Summary: 3 StarsI bought this cream back in, I believe it was 2006. I have chronic eczema over large areas of my body. My right hand is probably the most severe as it is always prone to cracking. I wish I would've wrote this review sooner because I'm having trouble remembering the specifics. Here's what I do remember. I saw some success. Itching definately calmed, and dark areas began to clear. I think the bottom line was that it was far, far too expensive for the limited results I was seeing. Because I have eczema over several areas of the body, it seemed as though the jar only lasted a few days. It was $30 for a very small jar, and the additional benefit was minimal compared to what I'd seen with just some Eucerin cream. Beware though, I've read other reviews that seem to list this product as having a formula switch somewhere in there.
