Of four nebulizers I ordered, one was defective. None seemed to work particularly well with my device, although other, similar nebulizers from other sources work fine. The nebulizers I received did not match the image on the product page, which wouldn't have mattered if they had worked well, but as I said, they didn't. Of four received, 3 worked well enough for me to successfully treat an attack (albeit slower than with a better nebulizer), and one did not work at all, causing me to require an ER visit since I could not self treat.

The price is right but when you're on your last neb, in an attack, you want it to work.
