Customer Reviews of Futuro Anti-Embolism Stockings, Large Regular, White, Knee Length, Closed Toe, 1 PairCustomer Review: Compression socks Summary: 5 Stars
After working on concrete for 25 years, my legs and feet HURT.
I then became disabled. My feet and legs still hurt. Now I had an additional problem. My lower legs swelled because I spent to much sedentary time. While seeing a doctor for another problem he remarked about my legs. He suggested that I find a drugstore that carried this product. They were a bit pricey, but I decided to try them.I purchased a single pair. I liked them. While wearing them I didn't even notice that I was wearing something different than my standard tube sock. My aching legs almost entirely disappeared. I searched online and found this product at a much better price through www.Amazon.com I purchased several pair and am happy with the product and Amazon.com.
Customer Review: Excellent product used in hospitals all over the USA for years. Summary: 5 Stars
I am quite familiar with this product as a nurse. Hospitals have used this product in one variation or another for years. Nurses wear them all the time for support while they are on their feet for hours at a time.
This gives excellent support to your feet, ankles, and your legs, without being too restrictive and hard to tolerate like some other Futuro stockings. The toe room is generous and does not compress at all. A winner of a product, especially at the lower Amazon price, compared to other sites.
Customer Review: my legs feel so much better Summary: 5 Stars
These are a compression stocking that look like just about any plain white knee-high. They fit well and make my legs feel great.
I initially bought this pair of compression stockings for a long plane trip (on the advice of one of my co-workers who is an RN). My legs felt so great when wearing them I've bought several pairs now.
I did not think I had a problem with lowwer leg swelling but at the end of the day when wearing these stockings I can tell the difference.
Customer Review: Such a relief! One pair isn't enough. Summary: 5 Stars
I bought a pair at a medical supply place for $43 and then was afraid to wear them for fear of snagging them or something. These are as good and I use them often. I didn't realize these were open toed and wouldn't have bought this kind. I like them. I'll buy another few pairs with and without open toes soon. I'll want several colors and I wonder if these can be dyed so I don't look like a nurse.
Customer Review: My experience Summary: 5 Stars
I erronously thought the item never arrived. When I asked about it, they sent a replacement order without any questions, thus I wound up with a free item(s). Because of the no nonsense approach, I told them to bill me for the second (and could have been free) set of socks. Customer service supreme, what a concept!!
