This brace is very comfortable and fits inside shoes, as others have said, except I am always worrying about it coming off. It isn't designed well for people who want to move their foot. One end is held in place by a loop of fabric that is suppose to loop around your heal, according to the instructions. But it's very difficult to get secured well enough that it stays around my heal when I'm walking. I'm now trying it with the loop around my ankle instead. That seems to work better.
So, if you get this, be prepared to struggle with it a while.
Someone should have tried using this before putting it on the market.
