great support for carpal tunnel syndrome & tendinitis. however, for me, i have to tighten the braces and readjust the metal pieces for optimum comfort. consequently, the tight braces can cause mild discomfort & excessive moisture accumulation. have to wash them regularly. best ways for repetitive strain injuries are good ergonomics/posturing, decrease the repetitive works, frequent breaks, etc.Customer Review: They work as advertised - very comfortable.
