I had some very bad swelling when I was pregnant starting in the first trimester. I work on my feet all day and figured the compression pantyhose would help. They were very uncomfortable to wear - especially around my thights. I felt like they were sagging! I ended up removing them after only 30 minutes at work and switched to the knee highs. If they had been a better fit (or if my thighs would have been smaller?!) they probably would have been fabulous - but my experience wasn't so great.
