Customer Reviews of Garden Of Life Primal Defense Kids, 76.8-Grams Plastic JarCustomer Review: helped my daughter Summary: 5 Stars
My 8-year-old daughter had been having stomach problems for 6 months, to the point that she didn't even want to eat and was losing weight. Based on another review I had read, I started giving Primal Defense Kids to her every morning mixed in yogurt. After about 4-6 weeks, she is now fine. She never complains about her stomach bothering her and she is eating again. We didn't do anything else different, so I'm assuming that this is what helped her.
Customer Review: My kids get fewer colds Summary: 5 Stars
It really seems like my 2 kids (8&9) get fewer colds when using this! I add it to my son's oatmeal and put it on top of my daughter's peanut butter toast and the taste doesn't bother them at all. When we ran out of it for a while, it sure seemed like they had more runny noses! I will definitely keep buying it. It is hard to find in stores, so it is great that Amazon has it.
Customer Review: Great after antibiotic therapy Summary: 5 Stars
Get this for you kids when they've been sick and on antibiotic. Prevents gastric upsets and diarrhea especially after they have antibiotics. Just 1/4 of a teaspoon of this great tasting powder on yogurt twice a day and the stomach aches and diarrhea stop. This is also good for immune support to prevent illnesses. I'm a nurse and have researched this and it really works.
Customer Review: AWESOME PRODUCT! Summary: 5 Stars
My daughter started using this product a few months ago and it has worked great. Every morning I mix it with her milk and, as picky as she is, she has never noticed anything different about her milk. Also, since she has been on it, she has not even had one sniffle, let alone a cold (which says a lot considering she's in kindergarten)!
Customer Review: disappointed Summary: 1 Stars
Unfortunately I have not been able to persuade my children to take this powder. i've tried mixing it with fruit juices and honey but to no avail. i've had to give in and agree with them, it tastes awful. what a shame these products for children are not available in capsule form.
