I was looking for a product that was natural, and fucoThin fit the bill. I tried taking just one three times for a couple of days, and then two three times a day, finally three, three time a day. I seem to have lost inches and inches of my belly. I would use fucoTHIN again. I had no side affects, no sleeping problems, no jiggers. Keep in mind though if you take three three times a day you will need to invest in a couple of 180 count bottles. I think they need to put more in the bottle for the money.
