I love the IDEA of the product and will keep taking it for 2 months. I have started a workout program 4 x a week, but still see a tummy. (and yes, my diet is clean...) I'm just not sure what it is doing at this point.
I'm still hopeful.....

I was disappointed that this product did absolutely nothing. I have about 25 pounds to lose, exercised (Bikram yoga) a minimum of 3X per week, and kept calories under 1500. After 2 months, the only weightloss I experienced was in my wallet!Customer Review: Not good for me

This product was not good for me. I have high blood pressure. It's controlled by medication. Fucothin made my ears roar. This is an indication it is elevating my blood pressure. My readings were higher the 3 weeks I took it.
