Customer Review: Beware-this can make you GAIN weight

I used this overpriced product for several weeks, and it made me GAIN weight, despite a 1000-calorie-per-day diet and doing strenuous exercise 6 days per week. I'm extremely angry about this. I will return to using Biochem's Fat Metabolizer; with that, I can lose an extra pound or two per week, but first I'll have to lose the weight I gained from this product!

I find this product does help with curbing my cravings. It has also made me feel full sooner when eating a meal. And it is healthy for you, no hype, no jitters. I am sticking with it! My husband is taking it too and finds the same results. I would recommend this to anyone. You still need to exercise and watch your food intake and what you are eating. I've been taking this for 2 months now, and eating a 1500-calorie a day healthy, balanced diet. I'm also training for a long course triathlon, running 15 miles/week, biking 30+ miles a week, and swimming 5000 meters a week. AFter the first couple weeks, I moved my intake up to 9 capsules a day. I haven't lost an ounce. Whatever is going on, this isn't the answer.Customer Review: Not a big difference

I used this product for 2-3 months and I never noticed a difference in the way I felt or any change in my weight, even though I was doing rigorous exercise 5-6 days a week and was eating a well-balanced diet of fruits, veggies, low-fat meats and minimal sugars and balanced portions of wheat. With that said, maybe it doesn't work for everyone, but may work for some.Customer Review: doesn't work at all

I have finished 3 bottles of Fucothin so far and it absolutely does nothing for weight loss. I'm certainly not
buying Fucothin again. I didn't gain weight from it but I didn't lose one ounce. Even with more diligent exercise and a change in diet, I lost no weight at all~! Don't waste your money on this product! It's
useless.
