Im on my 6th day of the cleanse and feel pretty darn good. The first 3 days I had a mild 24/7 headache that just wouldnt go away even with sleep and aspirin. So I increased my water intake and potassium by eating a banana daily and the morning of the 4th day it disappeared.
I do notice a big cleansing taking place in my system. The taste and texture of Capture doesnt bother me, in fact I like it. Some people might find it a bit grainy, but Im not a picky eater nor do strange textures bother my taste buds or mouth. I can adjust to most things. Do not give up on this product.
I highly, higly recommend this Perfect Cleanse Kit for a 10 day cleanse. Its a perfect cleanse for night time use and works 1st thing upon waking. It doesnt have you running for a restroom throughout your day. Its that gentle.
