" As a dietary supplement, take ONE softgel per day with water and food " That's what did it for me! just one potent pill a day is all I wanted to take. Other brands have you taking up to 4 a day. The less the better specially if your already taking a handful of other pills. And with 500 softgels your money will go a long way. As far as taste goes, no were on the bottle does it say oderless, but there still tasteless. Once in a while if you belch/burp, you can smell it, but hey, it's garlic! All in all after a few searches, this is what I ended up buyin and will buy again. Highly recommend.
