I have used these with my previous two nursing babies. I love them. I found them so useful as a cool pack (placed in the freezer) when my milk came in as the cool eased the swelling and discomfort. I also would use them warm ( a few seconds in the microwave) to help my milk let down before nursing. I have lent them out to many friends and I found they last for a long time. The only down side is that eventually the gel inside evaporates or something because after 5 yrs mine are flat and I have had to purchase new ones. That's the only negative thing about them.
